Frontier Steel is a trusted partner in steel processing and distribution. We operate from two strategic locations, one in Pittsburgh, PA and one in Buffalo, NY, with a combined 203,000 square feet of production capacity. We specialize in delivering high-quality steel solutions backed by advanced value-added services, including oxy-fuel and plasma burning, drilling, tapping, and machining. Across our two facilities, we operate ten burning tables ranging from 10′ x 40′ to 20′ x 100′, with multiple table sizes in between, allowing us to offer a broad range of processing capacities to efficiently handle everything from standard plate requirements to large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. These capabilities are supported by substantial crane capacities designed to safely handle large and heavy material. Our large-format processing equipment makes us uniquely positioned to support major infrastructure, bridge, and industrial projects.
