STAR® Downhole Aliphatic Amine Epoxy Tubing and Casing
The STAR® Downhole Tubing is designed to operate with pressures up to 4000 psi (27,6 MPa).

STAR® Downhole Tubing is available in diameters of 1½ through 9⅝ inches
Joint Length Up to 32 Feet
Our downhole tubing joint length is about 30 Feet (9,1 mts). The Nominal Range 2, 28 to 32 feet (8,5 to 9,8 meters)
Multiple Joining Systems
Our Downhole Tubing can be joined in many ways including API 5B 8rd, Threaded and Coupled or Integral Joint.
The product is designed to operate with temperatures up to 200° F (93.3° C) Maximum
STAR® Downhole Tubing is constructed with a fortified Resin System known as Aliphatic Amine Cured Epoxy. It is reinforced with premium fiberglass.
Multiple Fittings Available
A variety of filament wound API 5B threaded Nipples and Couplings are available.
Non API Design
The product has a non-API Design.
In addition to hydrotesting, our product also undergoes tensile testing. Tensile loads of a proportional amount are generated.
Design Based on the Elastic Limit
Our product is designed based on the proportional elastic limit in both the hoop and axial direction.
All of our STAR® Downhole Tubing and Casing are hydrotested to 1.25 times their pressure rating before they ever leave the factory.
The STAR® Downhole Tubing and Casing consists of fiberglass and is therefore resistant to corrosion and erosion.

The STAR® Downhole Tubing and Casing has excellent logging characteristics.
Our product has a smooth bore and can increase flow efficiency.
