A wide range of coil products (in widths from 24"  to 96") are processed to provide sheets and plates. Sizes are chosen to ensure that wastage is minimized.
Grades available include:

• A36
• 44W
• 50W
• AR200
• Floor plate
• Thickness range processed is 16 gauge through 1/2″
  

Shearing
Carbon steel and plate up to 1/2″ wide and 20’ long

Forming
Sheet and plate for a variety of applications
Lengths of up to 24’

Rolling
Plates up to 5/8” thick x 10' wide

Plasma cutting
Under water for carbon steel and alloy plates to 10' wide x 60' long
Fully NC controlled for maximum accuracy

Oxyfuel flame cutting
Multi torch oxyfuel burning, fully NC controlled for optimum precision

Saw cutting and mitering – structurals
Cut to size up to 60’ lengths
Maximum WF cutting to 42”
Mitering up to 24” and angles up to 60 degrees
