Anthony F. Griffiths Chairman of the Board
Anthony F. Griffiths has served as the Company's Chairman of the Board and as a Director since May 1997.
From 1985 to 1993 Mr. Griffiths served in several capacities at Mitel Corporation, including Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
From 1993 to present, Mr. Griffiths has been associated with various companies acting as an independent consultant. Mr. Griffiths is a director of Crum & Forster Holdings Corp., Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Jaguar Mining Inc., Lindsey Morden Group Inc., Northbridge Financial Corporation, Novadaq Technologies Inc., Odyssey Re Holdings Corp., PreMD Inc. and Vitran Corporation Inc.

Edward (Bud) M. Siegel, Jr. President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Siegel’s knowledge of the metals industry started in 1965 when he joined The Titan Industrial Corporation, New York, New York, a steel trading company. As Senior Vice President, his primary responsibility was for the Tubular Products Division.
In 1985, Mr. Siegel joined Duferco Inc. as a Vice President, with responsibility for starting a Tubular Products Operation and for augmenting Duferco’s trading of Steel Products worldwide. In February 1987, Mr. Siegel joined Russel Metals import/export operations as a Vice President with responsibility for the export of Prime and Secondary materials from Canadian Steel mills and for the import of semi-finished material to Canadian mills.
Over the succeeding 13 years, Mr. Siegel assumed various responsibilities eventually becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Russel Metals Inc.
Since 1997, Mr. Siegel has concentrated on improving the profitability of the metals operations. In addition, he has led the Company in three strategic acquisitions.

Brian R. Hedges Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hedges is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Hedges' business career encompasses the positions of Chief Financial Officer, President and CEO of Gandalf Technologies, as well as Chief Financial Officer of Teleglobe Inc. Both companies were involved in the Canadian international telecommunications industry.
During his earlier years at Russel Metals, Mr. Hedges oversaw the divestitures of non-metals operations and the restructuring from a holding company (known as Federal Industries Ltd.) to a metal distribution operating company.
From 1994 to 2008, Mr. Hedges was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Russel Metals. On February 18, 2008, Mr. Hedges was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hedges has been responsible for the financial and support activities of the Company's operations.

Marion E. Britton Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Britton is a Chartered Accountant. In 1984, Ms. Britton joined Marshall Drummond McCall, which was acquired by Russel Metals in 1987. From 1987 to 1994, Ms. Britton was responsible for financial management for the Metals Operations. From 1994 to 2004 Ms. Britton was Vice President and Controller and from 2004 to 2008 was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Russel Metals, responsible for our internal control systems and financial reporting. On February 18, 2008, Ms. Britton was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Maureen A. Kelly Vice President, Information Systems
Prior to joining Russel Metals, Ms. Kelly was the Vice President, Information Systems and Administration for Gandalf Technologies Inc. She also has information systems experience in the telecommunications and insurance industries.
Ms. Kelly joined Russel Metals in 1998 and has been responsible for the company’s information system and technology resources since that time. In addition, she has led the successful conversion and integration of our acquired metals businesses onto our computer systems.

David Halcrow Vice President, Purchasing and Inventory Management
Mr. Halcrow joined the steel industry in 1985. He worked 5 years as an engineer designing and maintaining process automation computer software at Dofasco Inc.
After acquiring his MBA degree in 1988, Mr. Halcrow joined Dofasco’s Purchasing department where he held a variety of positions over the next 10 years with responsibility for the procurement of various commodities.
Mr. Halcrow joined Russel Metals in 2001 as Vice President of Purchasing and Inventory Management. He is responsible for overseeing the Purchasing activities Russel Metals Canadian and US metal service centers that buy in excess of 1 million tons of carbon steel products annually as well as aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

Lesley M.S. Coleman Vice President, Controller and Assistant Secretary
Ms. Coleman began her career at Touche Ross & Co., predecessor to Deloitte &Touche, where she obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1985.
In 1991, Ms. Coleman left Deloitte and joined the Company as Assistant Controller with responsibilities in financial reporting and treasury management. Ms. Coleman was promoted to Controller in 2005 and Vice President and Controller in 2006. She was appointed Assistant Secretary on February 18, 2008.
